I absolutely love this Parmesan chicken meatballs recipe. It was originally on the back of a Parmesan cheese container, however, I took the liberty of modifying it to make it tastier and healthier. I just love cooking this easy meatballs recipe, not to mention eating it. It makes for a fantastic meatball appetizer sure to be a crowd pleaser!
Drooling yet? Let’s get started on your fantastic meatball appetizers!
I know a lot of you think you don’t have time to cook but there’s no excuses for this easy meatball recipe. It’s a cinch so let’s get started. First you’ll need to collect a few ingredients and supplies.
Supplies as requested I included links for you to get your own supplies. Proceeds support our Kiva fund and charity of the month…
- Large mixing bowl,
- Cookie sheet,
- Herb Mincer,
- Garlic Press,
- Storage Containers (optional)
Ingredients
- Ground chicken breast (1 pound),
- Freshly minced parsley (1/4 cup),
- Freshly minced garlic (1 large clove),
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)
- Morally raised cage free egg (1)
Dump everything (excluding supplies lol) into your large mixing bowl. Now for the best part, the ewie gewy part, take your hands and mix the ingredients until they start to resemble a uniformly distributed (or evenly mixed in non-engineering lingo) blob of meatballs. Next, grab a clump of meatball gew and roll it in the palm of your hands until it’s nice and round. Plop it down on the cookie sheet and move onto the next meatball until all the gewy batter is rolled up and on the sheet.
Now for the Best Part… The Cooking Meatballs Part
Preheat your oven to 375F. Place the tray of meatballs in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes. Lastly, the part you’ve been waiting for, go forth and show off the best chicken meatballs ever baked! The meatball appetizers guaranteed to rock your relatives, friends, coworkers, and the rest of the known world’s taste buds off!
Take that Chef Boyardee… Now your rock’n like the Pillsbury dough boy!
I had these meatballs for the first time a while back and loved them! I do not usually like chicken because of its bland flavor, but I could eat these all day! The texture is great, flavor is addicting, and very easy to make.
