The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf is quite possibly the Best Paleo Diet Book available.

This book converted one of the biggest skeptics of the Paleo Diet – myself into a firm believer.

Robb Wolf directly challenged my dieting beliefs.  He claims my concept of a healthy diet (and quite possibly yours too) is completely wrong.

I have always been that guy who prides himself in living a healthy life.  I read his book with extreme skepticism but still tested his dieting concepts.

Boy was I in for an amazing surprise.
